Welcome to 77Offshore. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
A. Platform Role
Platform Role
77Offshore is a technology platform that facilitates the booking of boat trips between guests and independent boat owners or boat-owning companies ("Operators").
77Offshore does not own, operate, manage, or control any boats, nor does it provide boating or maritime services.
All trips are provided directly by the Operators.
B. Payment Collection & Escrow-Like Holding
Payments and Funds Holding
Payments made by guests are collected by 77Offshore on behalf of the Operator through a third-party payment processor.
Funds are temporarily held for the purpose of facilitating the transaction and are released to the Operator after completion of the booked trip, or refunded to the guest in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
77Offshore does not act as a bank, escrow agent, or trustee, and does not offer regulated escrow services.
C. Split Payments & Shared Trips
Shared and Private Trips
For shared trips, the total trip cost is divided equally among participating guests. Each guest is responsible only for their allocated share.
If a guest elects to convert a shared trip to a private trip, the guest agrees to pay any remaining unpaid portion of the trip price.
D. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method used and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
E. Operator Responsibility
Operator Responsibility
Operators are solely responsible for:
- The safety and condition of their boats
- Compliance with local maritime laws
- Providing the booked trip as described
77Offshore is not liable for the acts or omissions of Operators.
F. Disputes
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, 77Offshore may temporarily withhold funds related to the booking while the matter is reviewed.
General Terms
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 77Offshore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Modifications
77Offshore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
77Offshore's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar.
